Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start using Wizer.APP, because by using the application you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this application and these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this application after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms and Conditions and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.

User Account

1. Certain Wizer.APP features or functionalities, that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion, may require you to register an account with us (“Account”). By creating an Account, you agree to: (i) provide accurate, current, and complete information for your Account, (ii) maintain and promptly update, as necessary, your Account information, (iii) maintain the security of your Account login information, (iv) be responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party who has authority to use Wizer.APP on your behalf, and (v) immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to your Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and for all activities that occur in your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

2. You may register your Account using a valid account (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, Facebook etc.) (“Third-Party Account”). By using Third-Party Account to register your Account, you are allowing Wizer.APPto access your Third-Party Account as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your and/our use of such Third-Party Account. Please note that your relationship with the Third-Party service providers associated with your Third-Party Accounts is governed solely by your agreement(s) with such Third-Party service providers.

User Content

1. You are solely responsible for your use of our Services and for any photos, videos, information, messages and any other content that you create via our Services, whether privately transmitted or made publicly available (together, “User Content”),including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

2. When you don't register for an Account, any User Content you generated by using our Services are only stored locally in your device and cannot be retrieved if you uninstall our Services or change your device. Once you register for an Account, your User Content will uploaded to our server.

3. Similarity of Content. Due to the nature of machine learning, User Content may not be unique across users and the Services may generate the same or similar output for us or a third party. Other users may also ask similar questions and receive the same response. Responses that are requested by and generated for other users are not considered your Content.

4. Accuracy. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may in some situations result in incorrect User Content that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any User Content as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review of the User Content.

Conduct on Application

Your use of the Application is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the substance of your communications through the application.

By posting information in or otherwise using any communications service, chat room, message board, newsgroup, software library, or other interactive service that may be available to you on or through this application, you agree that you will not upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content — including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information — that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies
• Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party
• Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party
• Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives

We neither endorse nor assume any liability for the contents of any material uploaded or submitted by third party users of the application. We generally do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available on or through this application.

However, we and our agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any content that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms of Use and any other rules of user conduct for our application, or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content. You hereby consent to such removal and waive any claim against us arising out of such removal of content.

You agree that we may at any time, and at our sole discretion, terminate your membership, account, or other affiliation with our site without prior notice to you for violating any of the above provisions.

In addition, you acknowledge that we will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal violations.

About Subscriptions

Subscription period is (one) 1 week.In every period, your subscription renews for the amount of the package you selected.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account during confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified as well.Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off in the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Once the in-app recharge or subscription is purchased successfully, the payment is final and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented to you on this application is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Wizer.APP.

You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorized by us or the specific content provider. Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any documents or information from this application in any form or by any means without prior written permission from us or the specific content provider, and you are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available on this application.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed the Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we process, use and store information including personal data. Access to the App and use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy. By accessing the App and by continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have acknowledged the ways we process your information as well as appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Wizer.APP is at your sole risk. The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Website, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limites to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of any third-party's rights. You acknowledge that you have only a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the Website. Because the Website is not error or bug free, you agree that you will use it carefully and avoid using it ways which might result in any loss of your or any third party's property or information.

Term and termination

This Terms and Conditions will become effective in relation to you when you create a Wizer.APP account or when you start using the Wizer.APP and will remain effective until terminated by you or by us.

We reserve the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of the Website whether in contravention of this Terms and Conditions or otherwise. If we terminate this Terms and Conditions, or suspends your account for any of the reasons set out in this section, we shall have no liability or responsibility to you.

Assignment

We may assign this Terms and Conditions or any part of it without restrictions. You may not assign this Terms and Conditions or any part of it to any third party.

Miscellaneous

1. Dispute settlement. These Terms and any claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms including any question as to its existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Rules (SIAR) which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Terms for the purpose of arbitration and final settlement. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitrary tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

2. Entire. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to Wizer.APP and your use of our Service, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between you and us relating toWizer.APP.

3. Language. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail.

4. Changes to These Terms. We may change the Terms or modify any features of the Services at any time at our sole discretion. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. If you continue to use the Services after changes are posted you will be deemed to have accepted the change.

5. Severability. Any provision of these Terms which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms is not affected.
